We enjoy free sunshine and breeze, taking for granted. Can we
also enjoy free electricity for our home and electric powered
car in the future? Yes, we can!
We want fresh air, clean water, and FREE electricity.
As ordinary citizens, we know very little about solar panels,
photovoltaics, or wind turbines. But we can form a community
and let our voice be heard. The more people support the free
electricity concept, the stronger the voice. Eventually,

Driven by advances in technology and increases in
manufacturing scale for high demand, the cost of photovoltaics
has declined dramatically. This trend will continue and the
